摘要
以自激式水幕除尘器为研究对象,对影响除尘效率的3个相关参数(风机运行频率、节流板开度和液位高度)进行试验研究和分析,考虑风机运行频率和节流板开度的交互作用,设计3因素4水平的除尘效率正交试验,对试验数据进行极差分析和方差分析,寻找除尘器性能的最佳状态参数组合。
The paper took the self-oscillating water curtain dust remover as the study object, and conducted test study and analysis on three parameters(operating frequency of the fan, opening of the throttle plate and height of the liquid level) affecting dust-removing efficiency. Taking the interaction between operating frequency of the fan and opening of the throttle plate into account, the paper designed three-factor and four-level orthogonal test for dust-removing efficiency, and conducted range analysis and variance analysis on the test data. Finally, the parameter combination to achieve optimal performance of the dust remover was identified.
