水幕除尘措施在机场不停航施工中的应用

摘要
在机场扩建工程中,跑道和滑行道的堆载区域遇到风会产生扬尘,对运行跑道产生安全隐患,将水幕技术用于施工现场可以有效地防治扬尘,保证机场不停航施工的安全性。对于水幕除尘措施提出了具体的设计方法,包括水量计算、取水工程、输水沟及集水坑设计、水幕设施和泵的运行等内容,详细分析了设计和施工过程中易产生的问题,并提出解决方案。实践证明,水幕除尘措施保证了不停航施工的顺利进行,有效地消除了近距离跑道在堆载预压施工中因扬尘对运行跑道的影响,为今后近距离跑道施工提供了有益参考。
        In an airport expansion project,there will be dust in the heaping areas of runways and taxiways in case of wind weather,which will cause safety risks of runway operation. The application of water curtain technology at the construction site can effectively control dust and ensure the safety of airport non-suspend air construction. For water curtain dust removal measure,specific design methods were proposed,including water quantity calculation,water diversion project,water conveyance ditch and catch pit design,water curtain facilities,pump running and so on. The problems that might occur during the design and construction were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed. Practice proved that water curtain dust removal measure could ensure the smooth progress of non-suspend air construction and effectively eliminate the impact of dust on runway operation during the heaped load preloading construction of closely-spaced runways,providing a useful reference for future construction of closely-spaced runways.
