平底结构浅孔留矿法在某金矿中的应用

摘要
根据某金矿应用浅孔留矿法出现的回采率低、贫化率高、效率低、安全性差的问题,结合主矿体的赋存条件,提出了降低分段高度,改变底部出矿结构,加快出矿强度,水平炮孔落矿,人工假底回收顶柱等改进措施,实践证明,通过改进后该采矿方法,大大提高了矿石回采率,降低了贫化率,取得了很好的效果,具有一定借鉴价值。
According to the problems of low recovery rate,high dilution rate,low efficiency and poor safety which are appeared in the process of application of the shallow hole shrinkage stoping method in a gold mine,combing with the occurrence conditions of the mine orebody,some relevant measures such as reducing the sublevel height,changing the bottom of the ore structure,speeding the strength of mining,horizontal holes caving,recovering the support pillars by the man-made false bottom. The application results show that,the ore recovery rate is increased,the dilution rate is lowered and good application effects are obtained by adopting the improved mining method.
