契约文书的种类研究
摘要
现存契约文书数量庞大,内容丰富,具有极高的史料价值。自19世纪以来,契约文书的价值逐渐得到学者的重视,已经形成一门专门的学问——中国契约学。契约文书种类繁多,内容丰富,存世量巨大,本文就探讨契约文书依据不同标准的种类的划分,以期对契约文书有更深层次的了解。
The existing contractual documents are large in number, rich in content, and have extremely historical value. Since the19 th century, the value of contractual documents has gradually got the attention of scholars, and a specialized subject-Chinese contract-comes into being. Contractual documents have a variety of types, rich content and a vast number. The paper discusses the types of contractual documents based on different criteria in order to have a deeper understanding.
