水敏性城市设计的评价原则与应用研究——以美国波特兰地区为例

摘要
我国大部分地区干旱缺水,然而同时也经常受到暴雨洪涝灾害的影响,形成了既怕水又缺水的尴尬局面。在这种背景下,将融合了城市综合水管理与城市空间设计的水敏性城市设计引入我国,是符合国家战略的必然要求,也是应对城市日益严峻的水问题的必然选择。本文立足于国际上水敏性城市设计的研究基础,并通过深入研究美国波特兰地区水敏性城市的建设情况,探讨有效且符合我国国情的城市设计方法,以促进形成科学合理的解决城市水问题的技术体系,实现可持续的水文生态系统
        Most regions of China are facing the facts of drought and water shortage, but also are affected by rainstorm and floods frequently, therefore it forms an awkward situation of the fear of water while the shortage of water. It is the inevitable choice for meeting the national strategy and resolving the increasingly serious water issues to introduce water sensitive urban design which integrated urban comprehensive water management and urban space design into China in this context. This essay based on the study of international water sensitive urban design and a thorough research about the construction of water sensitive city in Portland of the United States. And that it explored the effective and local urban design methods to form a scientific and reasonable technology to solve the urban water system issues and to realize sustainable hydrological ecosystem.
