摘要
设计了一种基于单片机控制的马铃薯质量分级系统,主要由摄像头、光照箱、红外对射检测模块、称重模块、单片机控制模块、步进电机模块和分级执行机构等组成。该系统可以完成马铃薯图像的实时采集、称重、显示、报警和分级等多项功能。研究表明,此系统可以完成对马铃薯的质量分级,分级的准确率和效率较高,符合实时检测的需要。
This text designed a kind of hierarchy system for potatoes' quality based on singlechip. It is mainly composed camera,illumination,detecting module of infrared correlation,weighing module,control module of singlechip,module of stepping motor,actuating mechanism of grading and so on. The system could achieve much functions such as pictorial collecting of potatoes in real time,weighing,displaying,alarming and grading. The study has shown that the system could accomplish grading on potatoes,increase grading accuracy rate and efficiency.
