摘要
由于自流平砂浆早期强度低、粘结性能和表面灰化耐磨性不足而带来的后果是自流平砂浆几乎不能作为地坪的面层,但随着国内可再分散乳胶粉的发展及国外相对低成本的引进,使得水泥基自流平砂浆的作为饰面层变得有实际意义。试验结果表明:在一定掺量范围内,可再分散乳胶粉可明显提高水泥基自流平砂浆的流平性、抗裂性、粘接性和耐磨性,但对早期强度不利;当可再分散乳胶粉RE5011L的掺量控制在2.0%~3.0%时,水泥基自流平砂浆的30 min流动度可达到130 mm以上,24 h抗折、抗压强度分别可达到4.1 MPa和9.1 MPa,粘接强度可达到1.65 MPa,优于JC/T 985—2005《地面用水泥基自流平砂浆》标准规定要求,并且其表面光洁平整度比较理想,耐磨性也符合JC/T 985—2005规定要求。
Because the self-leveling mortar early strength,adhesion properties and surface abrasion ashing is insufficient,the self-leveling mortar floor can hardly be used as the surface layer. But with the development of the domestic dispersible polymer powders and the introduction of dispersible polymer powders of relatively low cost abroad,it becomes possible as the surface layer.The results showed that the dispersible polymer powders can significantly improve leveling properties,crack resistance,adhesion properties and wear resistance of the cement-based self-leveling mortar,but it is detrimental to the early strength. When dosage of the dispersible polymer powders RE was controlled at 2.0% to 3.0%,the 30 minutes fluidity of cement-based self-leveling mortar can reach more than 130 mm,24 h flexural and compressive strength can reach 4.1 MPa and 9.1 MPa,the adhesive strength can reach 1.65 MPa,far more than the standard "Cementitious self-leveling floor mortar" JC/T 985 —2005 performance requirements,and its effect of the smooth surface is ideal. The wear of the cement-based self-leveling mortar also meet the standard requirements.
