摘要
以进气歧管装配线为研究对象,通过使用ECRSI的方法,以精益高效为准则,由局部到整体,通过作业优化,工艺程序优化,以及整体布局优化,逐步有层次的完成生产制造装配线的线平衡率提升,降低了生产节拍时间,从而提高装配线的效率,释放生产力。
This paper is based on the research of intake manifold assembly line, through using of ECRSI methods, which in principle of lean and efficient, to improve line balance rate from part to the whole. The ECRSI methods were applied in sequence from operation optimization, process steps optimization and integrity layout optimization. Production capacity increased as far as line balance rate improved and cycle time reduced.
