摘要
主要介绍了安钢生产高强IF钢的工艺控制情况,分析了不同合金化方式对合金元素收得率、钢中氧含量、RH脱碳、后期合金增碳以及钢水洁净度控制的影响。认为LF配加锰铁和RH脱氧后配加金属锰两种方式对高强IF钢中碳含量和钢水洁净度的影响相差不大,均能够满足产品需求。
This paper mainly introduces the process control of high-strength IF steel produced by Anyang Steel and analyzes the effects of different alloying methods on the recovery of alloying elements,oxygen content in steel,decarburization of RH,carbonation of later alloys and cleanliness control of molten steel. It is believed that the effect of LF plus ferromanganese and RH deoxidation plus metal manganese on the carbon content of high strength IF steel and the cleanliness of molten steel is not much different,which can meet the product demand.
