黄登、大华桥“一局两站一路”工程建设管理综述

摘要
黄登、大华桥水电站是以发电为主,兼有防洪、灌溉、旅游等综合效益的大型水利水电工程。澜沧江上游沿江公路是澜沧江上游电站开发的对外物资设备运输通道,同时也是促进地方经济社会发展、改善民生的便捷通道。为此,华能澜沧江水电股份有限公司黄登·大华桥水电工程建设管理局在"一局两站一路"建设管理模式下,通过大力推进科技创新和管理创新,科学有序推进工程建设,实现了一年之内8台机组投产发电的目标。
Huangdeng and Dahuaqiao hydropower stations are large-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects with main purpose of power generation and other comprehensive benefits such as flood control, irrigation and tourism. The highway along the upper reaches of Lancang River is a transportation channel for foreign materials and equipments of station construction, and is also a convenient channel for promoting local economic and social development and improving people's livelihood. Therefore,under the construction management mode of "One bureau, two stations and one road", Huangdeng and Dahuaqiao Hydropower Project Construction Administration Bureau under Huaneng Lancang River Hydropower Co., Ltd.has achieved the goal of eight units putting into operation within one year by vigorously promoting scientific and technological innovation and management innovation.
