张华东教授从五脏气血论燥痹的病因病机

摘要
燥痹是由当代中医临床学家路志正教授根据燥气致痹的特点首次提出并命名,以心、肝、脾、肺、肾各脏及其互为表里的六腑和九窍特有的阴津匮乏之表现为其临床特征的疾病。张华东教授临证数十年,认为本病的病因病机错综复杂,起因多端,机制复杂,涉及多脏器、多系统的病理变化过程,其发生发展与先天禀赋不足、后天调养失宜、外感六淫之邪、气血阴阳失衡、脏腑功能失调均有一定的联系。强调五脏是燥痹致病之本,所以本文将张华东教授从五脏气血论燥痹的病因病机与同道分享。
The dryness arthralgia is first proposed and named by Professor Lu Zhizheng, a contemporary Chinese medicine clinician,according to the characteristics of desiccation. With the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys, each of them is characterized as a clinical disease and its unique lack of yin and fluid. Professor Zhang Huadong has been here for decades, considering that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are complex, with multiple causes and complex mechanisms, involving multiple organs and multiple systems of pathological changes, It's occurrence and development have a certain relationship with the deficiency of innate endowment, the lack of adjustment and maintenance, the evil of external senses, the imbalance of qi, blood, yin and yang, and the dysfunction of viscera. The emphasis on five organs is the cause of the disease, so this article will be Professor Zhang Huadong from the five organs of qi and blood on the pathogenesis of the disease and the sharing of the same way.
