摘要
目的:研究昆仑雪菊对小鼠的抗疲劳及抗氧化作用。方法:昆明雄性小鼠40只,随机分为昆仑雪菊低剂量组(0.2 g/kg)、中剂量组(0.4 g/kg)、高剂量组(0.8 g/kg)和对照组(蒸馏水组)4组,连续灌胃30 d,观察小鼠疲劳转棒时间、跑步机电击次数;测定血浆中SOD、GSH活性及MDA、血乳酸、血尿素氮的含量。结果:昆仑雪菊能明显延长小鼠疲劳转棒时间、减少跑步机电击次数,提高血清中SOD和GSH-Px的活力,降低MDA、乳酸和血清尿素氮含量。结论:昆仑雪菊具有抗疲劳及抗氧化功作用,其作用可能是通过减少乳酸、血尿素氮生成和提高抗氧化酶活性实现的。
        Objective: To study the anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation effect of Kunlun snow chrysanthemum on mice. Methods: Forty Kunming male mice were randomly divided into low dose group(0.2 g/kg), medium dose(0.4 g/kg), high dose(0.8 g/kg) and control group(distilled water group). The mice in each group were given gavage for 30 days. The weight, time of fatigue turn bar, number of shocks to the treadmill were observed, the contents of SOD, MDA, GSH, blood lactic acid, and blood urea nitrogen of mice were determined. Results: Kunlun snow chrysanthemum could significantly prolong the time of mice fatigue turn bar, reduce the number of running electromechanical hits, increase the activity of SOD and GSH in serum. It also decreased the content of MDA, lactic acid and serum urea nitrogen. Conclusion: The Kunlun snow chrysanthemum had anti-fatigue and anti-oxidative effects, which may be achieved by reducing the production of lactic acid, blood urea nitrogen and enhancing the activity of antioxidant enzymes.
