摘要
目的观察一种含柠檬提取物的双链季铵盐复方消毒剂的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该复方消毒剂的杀菌效果进行试验观察。结果用含双链季铵盐500 mg/L该复方消毒剂,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用1 min和大肠杆菌作用2 min,杀灭对数值均> 5. 00;对悬液内白色念珠菌作用1. 0 min,杀灭对数值> 4. 00。菌悬液中加入50 g/L小牛血清时,该复方消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭时间出现延长现象。结论含柠檬提取物与双链季铵盐复方消毒剂具有良好的杀菌效果,有机物影响其杀菌效果。
Objective To examine the germicidal efficacy of a double chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant containing lemon extract. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe germicidal effect in laboratory.Results The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed the disinfectant containing quaternary ammonium salt( 500 mg/L) for 1 min and of Escherichia coli for 2 min were both above 5. 00. The average killing logarithm values of Candida albicans in suspension for 1 min was above 4. 00. When 50 g/L calf serum was added into the bacterial suspension,the killing time of this compound disinfectant against Staphylococcus aureus was prolonged.Conclusions The double chain quaternary ammonium salts disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy. Calf serum has influence on the germicidal efficacy of this disinfectant.
