摘要
为探究掺废弃玻璃颗粒混凝土被硫酸盐侵蚀后的抗侵蚀能力。试验设计了2个水灰比和4个玻璃颗粒掺量,加水搅拌制成试件并养护7…d后放于浓度为5…%、10…%硫酸钠溶液中,侵蚀至规定龄期后测试其抗折强度并计算抗蚀系数,通过抗蚀系数说明不同掺量玻璃混凝土的抗侵蚀能力。试验发现:水灰比为0.35,取代粗砂时混凝土抗侵蚀能力随着玻璃颗粒掺量的增加逐渐降低,取代中砂时混凝土抗侵蚀能力随着玻璃颗粒掺量的增加逐渐提高,取代细砂时混凝土抗侵蚀能力随着玻璃颗粒掺量的增加呈先增后减趋势。水灰比为0.40,取代细砂、中砂、粗砂时混凝土抗侵蚀能力随着玻璃颗粒掺量的增加逐渐降低。综合研究表明,玻璃颗粒细度对混凝土抗侵蚀能力有着不同程度的影响。
        To explore the corrosion resistance of concrete mixed with waste glass particles after being corroded by sulfate attack, two water cement ratios and four glass particles content were designed in this experiment. The specimens were made by mixing with water and maintained for7 days in standard curing conditions which are temperature 20±2 and humidity 95 %, then placed in 5 % and 10 % sulfate solution. The rupture strength was tested and the corrosion resistance coefficient was calculated after erosion to fixed age. The corrosion resistance coefficient was used to illustrate the corrosion resistance of the specimens with different contents of glass concrete. The result showed that, when the ratio of water to cement is 0.35, replacing coarse sand, the corrosion resistance of concrete gradually decreases with the increase of glass particle content Replacing medium sand, the corrosion resistance of concrete increases gradually with the increase of glass particle content. Replacing fine sand, the corrosion resistance of concrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of glass particle content. When the water cement ratio is 0.40, replacing fine sand, medium sand and coarse sand, the corrosion resistance of concrete gradually decreases with the increase of glass particle content. The comprehensive study showed that the fineness of glass particles had different degrees of influence on the corrosion resistance of concrete.
