水布垭水电厂发电机组的问题分析及改造方案探讨

摘要
结合水布垭电厂投产以来发电机发现的一系列问题,通过对比近12年来运行数据的发展变化,对这些问题进行了分析,探讨了在发电机扩修改造中可采取的具体对策和解决方案。通过发电机改造,带动了其他设备的同步更新,切实提高电站的安全运行水平,实现经济稳定运行,减轻运行维护管理人员的劳动强度和心理压力,提高了电能质量,为电网的安稳运行做出了更大贡献,同时培养了一支技术精干、敬业担当、追求卓越的"大国工匠"队伍。
Based on the operation data of 12 years, the problems observed in the generator units in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant are analyzed. Then, countermeasures and solution schemes are proposed for the capacity expansion renovation of the units. It shows that the renovation of the generator units could promote the updating of other equipment, improve the safe operation level of the plant, maintain the economic and stable operation of the units, reduce the labor intensity and psychological pressure of the maintenance staff, improve the power output quality and ensure the stable operation of the power grid.
