水胶体辅料在预防早产儿皮肤撕脱伤的应用

摘要
目的探讨水胶体辅料在预防早产儿皮肤撕脱伤的应用效果。方法方便抽取西安市某三甲医院新生儿科住院的从2018年1-9月的88例住院早产儿,应用随机数字表法进行随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各44例,实验组是在留置针常规护理的基础上采用水胶体辅料固定留置针;对照组采用普通贴膜固定留置针,观察两组在撕贴膜后皮肤情况。结果实验组皮肤损伤发生率为2.2%,对照组皮肤损伤发生率为18.1%,两组相比较,实验组方法优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,两组皮肤损伤的严重程度比较,实验组优于对照组,无II、III、IV级损伤的发生。结论早产儿采用水胶体辅料固定留置针可明显降低皮肤损伤发生率,减轻皮肤损伤程度,预防早产儿皮肤撕脱伤。
        Objective To investigate the effect of hydrocolloid excipients in the prevention of skin avulsion in premature infants. Methods 88 hospitalized premature infants in the department of neonatology of a third-grade a hospital in xi'an from January to September 2018 were conveniently selected. They were randomLy divided into control group and experimental group using the random number table method. Each group had 44 cases. In the control group, the skin condition of the two groups was observed after the tear of the film by using the normal film fixation indwelling needle. Results The incidence of skin injury was 2.2% in the experimental group and 18.1%in the control group. Compared with the control group, the method in the experimental group was superior to that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the two groups of skin injury severity comparison, he experimental group is superior to the control group, no II、III、IV level of injury occurred. Conclusion The incidence of skin injury, the degree of skin injury and the prevention of skin avulsion in prevention of skin avulsion in preterm infants can be significantly reduced by the use of hydrocolloid auxiliary material fixation and indwelling needle.
