摘要
目的探讨长纤维聚酯纤维制成的新型防护中单的临床应用效果。方法选取外科手术后及重症病人的床单位共150张,随机分为三组,分别使用新型防护中单组、橡胶中单组、一次性中单组对床单位进行保护,每组各50张,使用7天后对床单位的床褥头部、中部、尾部进行细菌生物学采样,并进行防护功能、患者舒适度评价和成本的比较。结果床头位置新型防护中单的细菌数最少,新型防护中单的防护效果优于橡胶中单及一次性中单(P<0.05),橡胶中单与一次性中单防护效果无差异;对床中、床尾细菌数进行统计学分析,新型防护中单的防护效果优于橡胶中单及一次性中单,橡胶中单的防护效果优于一次性中单(P<0.05)。结论新型防护中单在有血液、体液及其他分泌物的污染条件下的床褥表面,有持久防水、阻菌、抑菌作用,是一种安全、可靠、有效的保护床单位的方法,在临床中推广应用,可有效控制医院感染的发生。
        OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical application effect of novel protective middle-sized bed sheet made of long-fiber polyester fibers.METHODS A total of 150 bed units for patients after surgery and patients with critical illness were selected,and randomly divided into three groups,with 50 beds in each group.The bed units were protected with the novel protective middle-sized bed sheet,rubber middle-sized bed sheet,or disposable middlesized bed sheet,respectively.After 7 days of usage,bacterial biological sampling was conducted at the head of the bed,the middle of the bed,and the end of the bed,and the protective functions,comfort evaluation and costs were compared.RESULTS The number of bacteria in the novel protective middle-sized bed sheet was the lowest,the protective effect of the novel protective middle-sized bed sheet was significantly better than that of rubber middlesized bed sheet and disposable middle-sized bed sheet(P<0.05).There was no significanct difference between the protective effect of rubber middle-sized bed sheet and disposable middle-sized bed sheet.Statistic analysis in the number of bacteria in the middle of the bed and the end of the bed showed better protective effect of the novel protective middle-sized bed sheet than rubber middle-sized bed sheet and disposable middle-sized bed sheet.The protective effect of the rubber middle-sized bed sheet was significantly better than disposable middle-sized bed sheet(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONThe novel protective middle-sized bed sheet has long-lasting waterproof and antibacterial effects on the surface of the mattress contaminated with blood,body fluids and other secretions.It is a safe,reliable and effective method of protecting bed units.In the clinical application,it is an effective way to control the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
