摘要
为探索沸石粉对砂浆性能的综合影响,研究测量了25组不同水胶比、不同沸石粉掺量下水泥砂浆的流动性能、粘聚性和抗压强度。为揭示沸石粉砂浆的流变性能控制机理,进一步测量了5组不同沸石粉掺量砂浆的填充密度,并基于填充密度测量结果计算出填充密度和比表面积,进而计算各砂浆试样配比的水膜厚度和砂浆膜厚度,探索水膜厚度和砂浆膜厚度对沸石粉砂浆流变性能的影响。实验结果表明,沸石粉的掺入能在不影响流动性的情况下显著提高砂浆的粘聚性,沸石粉掺量越大,砂浆粘聚性能越好。砂浆的抗压强度随沸石粉掺量的增大而逐渐降低。掺入不大于10%的沸石粉能提高填充密度,砂浆的流动性能主要取决于水膜厚度,浆膜厚度对流动性能也有影响,浆膜厚度越大流动性越高。
        To research the effect of zeolite powder on performance,water film thickness and paste film thickness,this study measured the flowability,cohesiveness and strength of 25 mixes of cement-sand mortar with different water/binder ratio.To reveal the roles of water film thickness and paste film thichness in the rheological properties of cement-sand mortar,this study measured the packing density of 5 different powder mixes with various zeolite powder content,and calculated the water film thickness and paste film thickness of the 25 mixes of cement-sand mortar.Results demonstrated that addition of zeolite powder has little effect on the flow properties of cement mortar,but improve the cohesiveness of cement-sand mortar and impair the compressive strength.Packing density results showed that with the increase of the amount of zeolite powder,the packing density will increase first and then decrease.Water film thickness is the key factor governing the flowability and rheoiogy.Paste film thickness would also affect the flowability of mortar.A relatively large paste film thickness would lead to higher flowability.
