摘要
随着中国企业在国际炼化工程市场业务的发展,国际项目执行的风险也日益显现,如何管控国际项目合同的风险,实现项目盈利的目标,作者站在承包商角度浅析了在国际项目合同管控体系建立实践中的一些做法,为国际项目的合同执行管控提供有益的参考和借鉴,对降低合同执行风险有着重要的现实意义。
With the development of Chinese enterprises in the international refining and chemical engineering market, the risks of international project implementation are also increasingly apparent. Exploring how to control the risks of international project contracts and achieve the goal of project profitability, the author analyzes from the perspective of contractors practices in establishing a management and control system for international project contracts, which provides useful reference as well as has important practical implications for reducing contract implementation risks.
