摘要
探讨不同水解条件下聚乳酸纤维的强伸性能变化情况。分析了聚乳酸纤维的水解机理,讨论了不同条件下聚乳酸纤维水解情况,考察了不同水解程度对聚乳酸纤维强伸性能的影响。结果表明:聚乳酸纤维无定形区和大分子末端的酯基易发生水解,使大分子平均分子质量降低和聚集态结构破坏;溶液的酸性或碱性越强、处理温度越高、处理时间越长,聚乳酸纤维的断裂强力和断裂伸长率越低。认为:在聚乳酸纤维的各种处理、加工和使用过程中应合理控制酸碱条件、处理温度和时间。
The strength &elongation changing situation of polylactic acid fiber in different hydrolysis conditions were discussed.The hydrolysis mechanism of polylactic acid fiber was analyzed.The hydrolysis situation of polylactic acid fiber in different condition was discussed.The influences of different hydrolysis degrees on the strength &elongation of polylactic acid fiber were investigated.The test results showed that hydrolyzation was easily happened in the amorphous region and the macromolecule end of the ester group in polylactic acid fiber.It leaded to the decrease of average molecular mass for the macromolecule and the damage of aggregation structure.The stronger of solution acidity or alkalinity was,the higher the treatment temperature was and the longer the treatment time was,the lower the breaking strength and breaking elongation rate were.It is considered that the pH condition,treatment temperature and treatment time should be reasonably controlled during each treatment,production and using process of polylactic acid fiber.
