摘要
为满足辐照加速器系统中对大功率负载的要求,研制了S波段大功率水负载。该水负载采用高密度的氧化铝陶瓷作为微波窗,"O"形橡胶作为密封圈,具有功率容量大,驻波系数低,频带宽,体积小,装卸方便等优点。可用作辐照加速器系统中环形器的吸收匹配负载。其主要技术难点有:大功率容量下低电压驻波比的实现,结构的建模仿真与优化设计。通过技术攻关,成功研制出S波段的大功率辐射式水负载,在2.8~3.4GHz频带范围内,其实测电压驻波比VSWR≤1.1;在2856±10 MHz频带范围内,实测电压驻波比VSWR≤1.07。在将负载进水口与出水口的温差控制为10℃,在水流量为14.3L/min时,平均功率容量计算值高于10kW。
In order to meet the requirements of high power irradiation accelerator system,the S-band high-power water load were developed.In this paper,the water load adopt high-density alumina ceramic as a microwave window and the " O"-shaped rubber as a sealing ring.It has the advantages such as high power capacity,low VSWR,wide bandwidth,small volume and easy handling etc.It could be used as matching load for circulators.The key technologies include high-power capacity at low VSWR,structure modeling,simulation and optimization.Via technical improvements,the high-power S-band irradiation type water load are developed successfully.The practical measuring VSWR≤1.1in the 2.8~3.4 GHz frequency range and VSWR≤1.07 in the 2856±10 MHz frequency range.The temperature difference between inlet and outlet could be maintain at10 ℃,while the water flow rate is 14.3L/min.The calculated value of the average power capacity is above 10kW。
