摘要
为促进工业经济与水资源及环境的协调发展,国家发改委、科技部等部门在2005年颁布的《中国节水技术政策大纲》首先提出要发展外排废水回用和"零排放"技术。深圳市东部环保电厂首次创新采用"混凝沉淀过滤+蒸发浓缩结晶"工艺技术,用于烟气湿法脱酸废水处理,处理后的水质达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB19923-2005)中敞开式循环水系统补水要求,厂内回用,实现了废水"零排放"。
In order to promote the coordinated development of industrial economy, water resources and environment, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology promulgated 《The Outline of China's Water Saving Technology Policy》in 2005, which first proposed the development of wastewater reuse and "zero discharge" technology. The technology of "coagulation sedimentation filtration + evaporation concentration crystallization" was first innovatively adopted by Shenzhen East Environmental Protection Power Plant to treat flue gas desulfurization wastewater. The treated water meets the requirement of recharge of open circulating water system in 《Water Quality of Industrial Water for Urban Sewage Recycling》"(GB19923-2005). The wastewater is reused in the plant and "zero liduid discharge" is realized.
