摘要
保障城市安全优质供水是供水企业的首要职责。作为上海城市供水的首要环节,原水的安全优质供应显得十分重要。在向下游各家自来水厂供应原水的输送过程中,依托先进的水质在线仪器、计算机软件和网络,建立一套智能化的水质监测分析和预警系统,旨在加强水质在线监测,提高人工水质化验分析能力和及时水质预警。在发生水污染时,做到及时发现原水水质异常,及时应对突发水污染事故。
        Ensuring the safety and quality of water supply is the primary responsibility of water supply enterprises. As the first link of urban water supply in Shanghai, the safe and high quality supply of raw water is very important. In the process of supplying raw water to downstream waterworks, an intelligent on-line monitoring analysis and early warning system for water quality is established relying on advanced on-line water quality instruments, computer software and network. The purpose is to strengthen on-line water quality monitoring, improve the laboratory analysis ability of water quality, and shorten water quality warning time. When water pollution occurs, the abnormality of raw water quality can be found in time, and the water pollution accidents can be dealt with in time.
