论解表药的扩络减阻加速血行作用

摘要
解表药,即一类疏肌解表、促使发汗,用以发散表邪、解除表证的药物,称为解表药,代表药物有麻黄、桂枝、荆芥、防风、柴胡、葛根等。目前临床多用于感受外邪,具有恶寒、发热、头痛、身痛、无汗、脉浮等表症者;表邪郁闭,麻疹透发不畅者;水肿初期或麻疹初期兼有表证者,以及其他疾病具有表证需要发汗解表者。导师张金波主任通过多年临床发现解表药不仅具有发汗作用,同时具有活血、温通等功效;其作用部位并不仅在肌表,亦可作用于脏腑内里调节气血津液的运行,即解表药的扩络减阻,加速血行的作用。
        The antipyretic drug such as Mahuang,Guizhi,Jingjie,Fangfeng,Chaihe,Gegen and so on,that is,sparse muscle to solve the table and urging the sweating,is used to dispelling superficial evils and relieving superficial symptoms. At present,the clinical use is mostly used to feel the external evil,with aversion,fever,headache,body pain,no sweat,pulse floating and other symptoms of the disease; the table evil is closed and measles eruption is not smooth; edema early or early measles,and other diseases has symptoms that they need to sweat. Director Zhang Jinbo's clinical experience has shown that the antipyretic drug not only has the effect of sweating,but also the effects of promoting blood circulation and warming. The action site is not only in the muscle surface,but also in the internal organs to regulate the movement of qi and blood,that is,it has the effect of enlarging and reducing resistance of antipyretic drug to accelerating blood.
