摘要
水面舰船在风浪作用下的航行性能是衡量其综合任务能力的一项重要指标。结合作业工况,分析稳性、快速性、耐波性和操纵性四个方面的底层指标对作业任务能力的影响方面;采用层次分析法,构建包含航行安全和作业效率的综合评价指标体系。在对航行安全进行校核的基础上,引入耐波性作业百分数,计算风浪对航行、人员和装备作业影响的综合评价值,从而构建水面舰船在风浪作用下的航行性能综合评价方法。选取折角船型、圆舭船型和肥大船型为典型算例进行验证。
        The sailing performance of the surface ships in wind and waves is an important indicator to evaluate its comprehensive operational ability. Combining with the working condition, it analyzes the influence of the four basic indexes of stability, power performance, sea-keeping performance and maneuverability on the operational ability. A comprehensive evaluation index system including sailing safety and operation efficiency is developed by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method. On the basis of the safety check, the percentage of the sea-keeping operation is introduced to calculate the comprehensive evaluation of the influence of the wind and waves on the navigation, personnel and equipment operation. The comprehensive evaluation method of the sailing performance is therefore established for the surface ships in wind and waves.The ships of hard chine form, roundbilge form and full form are selected as typical cases for the validation of this method.
