张仲景汗法论治湿、水、饮病思路探析

摘要
汗法是张仲景治疗疾病的常用方法,不仅用于外感病还可用于内伤杂病的治疗,祛风湿散水饮是张仲景汗法的一大特色。张仲景汗法论治湿、水、饮病的机理在于宣发腠理给水液以通路,病在表者汗而发之,肺与皮毛相通,发汗宣肺互相为用,其汗法的论治思路在于微汗祛湿,发汗散水,宣肺化饮。张仲景发汗善用麻黄,随证配伍,功用各异。
Diaphoresis method is a common method of Zhongjing for treating diseases. It is not only used for exogenous diseases,can also be used for miscellaneous diseases. Dispelling wind dampness and removing fluid is a major feature of Zhongjing diaphoresis method. The mechanism of differentiation and treatment of Dampress,Edema and Fluid diseases performance in many ways: dispersing striae,open the path for water; the disease being located in the exterior,can be used diaphoresis method; lung relating to skin and hair,ventilating lung and inducing perspiration reinforce each other. The thinking of diaphoresis method are using micro-diaphoresis for clearing damp,diaphoresis for removing water,ventilating the lung and clearing drink; Zhongjing have made good use of ephedra for sweat,compatibility with different syndrome,the ephedra has different efficacy.
