摘要
基于自导向机理以及导向副的受载状态,建立了导向条参数对深孔直线度的影响模型。结果表明:导向条长度和宽度增加,深孔直线度误差减小,但尺寸过大改善效果不明显,尺寸过小则影响剧烈,因此存在一个合理的取值范围。
Based on the self-guiding mechanism and the loading state of the guide pairs,the mathematical model of guide-pad parameters on the deep-hole straightness is established. According to the model,the deephole straightness under different guide-pad parameters is studied. The results show that guide-pad length and width increased,the deep-hole straightness errors decreases,but too large size has no obvious effect,too small size has a strong influence,and so there is a reasonable range of values.
