摘要
五相永磁直线电机(permanent-magnetlinearmotor,PMLM)具有推力密度大、可靠性高等优点。为了抑制PMLM一相开路故障导致的推力脉动,并提高其开路故障状态下的稳态和动态性能,该文提出一种新型容错直接推力控制(fault-tolerant direct thrust force control,FT-DTFC)策略。在两相静止坐标系中提出虚拟定子磁链,实现故障前后相同的定子磁链与电流轨迹圆。在此基础上,推导补偿电压,结合基于容错电流推导出的降阶正交变换矩阵,解决相开路故障导致电机模型不对称的问题,以建立故障PMLM的对称模型。构建磁链和推力观测器,采用载波脉宽调制技术实现开路故障状态下的直接推力控制。实验结果验证了所提控制策略的有效性。
        Five-phase permanent-magnet linear motor(PMLM) has many advantages, such as high thrust force density and high reliability. To restrain the thrust force fluctuations resulted from single-phase open-circuit fault, and to improve the steady-state and dynamic performance of the faulty PMLM, a novel fault-tolerant direct thrust force control(FT-DTFC) strategy was proposed. The virtual stator flux was proposed to achieve the same circular trajectories of current and stator flux vectors in the two-phase stationary frame before and after fault. Then, the compensation voltages were derived based on these. To build a symmetrical PMLM model in fault condition, the reduced-order orthogonal transformation matrix derived from the fault-tolerant currents and the compensation voltages were employed to eliminate the asymmetrical motor behavior caused by open-circuit fault. Finally, the stator flux and thrust force estimators were established, and then the carrier-based pulse width modulation technology was adopted to achieve the DTFC in single-phase open-circuit fault condition. The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed strategy.
