摘要
Hough变换常用于回环陶瓷的检测,但在检测过程中存在计算量大和无法直接检测同心回的问题,采用投影法+Hough变换算法,开展回环陶瓷检测研究,即通过投影法先确定圆形的边界,利用圆周上点和圆心之间的几何关系来计算圆心坐标,将所求圆心带入圆的标准方程,根据Hough变换对半径值进行累计,对累计值筛选来求解回的半径,将Hough变换的三维累计转变到一维累计,减小了计算量,并可一次性检测同心回。对某企业回环陶瓷的检测实验表明,投影法耗时977 ms,较其他Hough变换算法速度提升251 ms,误差小。
        Hough transform is often used in the detection of ceramic in the ring,but during the detection process there exists the problem that it has large amount of calculation,and cannot detect concentric circle.In this paper,projection plus Hough transform algorithm is adopted to conduct research of detecting ceramic ring.Firstly,we can determine the boundary of the circle through projection method,then calculate the coordinates of the center in a circle using the relationship between the point on the circumference of a circle and the center of a circle,put the coordinates of the center of a circle into the circle standard equation.Based on Hough transform,the radius value is cumulated,we can calculate the coordinates of center by filtrating the cumulative value,the Hough transform turns 3D accumulating to one 1D accumulating,which reduces the amount of calculation,and can detect concentric circles at one-time.Experimental results show that projection takes 977 ms,which is faster than other Hough transform 251 ms,and have a smaller quantity of errors.
