摘要
地压显现问题是深部开采最大的安全隐患,采动地压随着开采深度的延伸逐渐显现,准确科学地分析地压显现因素对矿山安全开采有重要的意义。基于对地压显现的认识,结合程潮铁矿、桃冲铁矿、潘洛铁矿、太钢尖山铁矿4个采用无底柱分段崩落法的金属矿山,利用粗糙集理论确定各级评价指标的相对重要度,再结合层次分析法确定各因素的综合权重,分析结果表明:无底柱分段崩落法地压显现因素权重排序为地质与构造、开挖深度、塌陷坑汇水面积、岩性,该结论与工程实际相符,证明这种方法具有一定的可靠性。
The problem of ground pressure developing is the biggest safety potential risk in deep mining,and the mining-induced ground pressure gradually develops with the extension of mining depth.It is of great significance for safe mining to accurately and scientifically analyze the factors of ground pressure developing.Based on the understanding of the ground pressure developing and in combination with four metal mines of Chengchao Iron Mine,Taochong Iron Mine,Palo Iron Mine and Jianshan Iron Mine that adopt sublevel caving method,the relative importance of evaluation indexes at all levels was determined by Rough Set Theory and the comprehensive weight of each factor was determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The analysis results show that the weight of ground pressure developing factors of sublevel caving method is in the order of geology and tectonics,excavation depth,catchment area of collapse pit and lithology.The results are consistent with the actual project,which proves that the method is reliable.
