摘要
目的研究西安地区汉族人群MNS、Duffy两个稀有血型系统基因多态性分布状况,为西安地区稀有血型库的建立及血液输注提供参考。方法使用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链式反应(SSP-PCR)方法,对300例西安市健康汉族人进行MNS、Duffy血型系统系统基因检测。结果西安市汉族人群MNS、Duffy稀有血型系统基因频率依次M=0.53,N=0.47,S=0.0817,s=0.9183;Fya=0.8033,Fyb=0.1967,χ~2检验分析结果发现符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡法则。结论西安市汉族人群2个稀有血型系统基因型呈现多态性分布,与国内其他地区相比较具有地域差异。
Objective:To study the gene polymorphism of MNS,Duffy blood groups in Han nationalities in Xi'an City for building the basis for human popμLation genetics,clinical use of blood or blood auto-transfusion and rare blood bank.Methods:Two blood groups genotyping of 300 adμLts from Xi'an City were detected by sequence specific primers-polymerase chain reaction(PCR-SSP) method and analyzed.ResμLts:The allele gene frequencies of rare blood groups in Han nationalities of Xi'an City were M=0.53,N=0.47,S=0.0817,s=0.9183;Fya=0.8033,Fyb=0.1967.ResμLts from chi-square test showed that the observed value and expected value of genotypes were in line with the law of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P>0.05).Conclusion:The rare blood type system genotypes of Han popμLation in Xi'an city showed polymorphism distribution,which was compared with other regions in China.
