“新工科”建设背景下地方高校产学合作协同育人模式的研究

摘要
全球范围新经济蓬勃发展给工科教育带来所育人才无法适应新经济的挑战.以地方普通高校齐齐哈尔大学IT类专业人才培养为例,提出一种产学合作协同育人模式.该模式提出产学合作并结合OBE(Outcomes-based Education)成果为导向的工程教育理念,主动融入行业人才需求和发展,加强规划引导,强化自主创新,加快转型升级,以便培养出更适合新经济要求的新工科人才,提高企业的科技创新能力.对产学合作协同育人模式改革的意义、发展以及具体做法做了探索.
Nowadays,the vigorous development of the global new economy has brought the talents trained in engineering education unable to adapt to the challenges of the new economy.Takes IT professional training of Qiqihar University as an example,and proposes a collaborative education mode of industry-university cooperation.This mode puts forward the idea of industry-university cooperation combined with the OBE results-oriented engineering education,takes the initiative to integrate into the talent demand and development of the industry,strengthens planning guidance,strengthens independent innovation,and speeds up the transformation and upgrading,so as to cultivate new engineering talents more suitable for the requirements of the new economy and improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises.Makes a preliminary exploration on the significance,development and specific practices of the reform of the mode of industry-university cooperation and collaborative education.
