基于层次分析法的师范生教育实习评价研究——以衡水学院为例

摘要
教育是经济增长源之本,在做好教师数量补充的同时,更要做好教师质量的提升,教育实习是师范生提升教育教学水平的重要途径.运用层次分析法对已有的师范生教育实习体系进行层次总排序及一致性检验.运用总排序对衡水学院2014级27名学生的实习成绩进行分析,给出合理化建议,这对学校以后的实习教育和学生提升职业技能都有一定的指导意义.
Education is the source of economic growth,and it is necessary to supplement the number of teachers and improve the quality of teachers,education internship is an important way for normal students to improve the teaching level of education.Uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to rank and test the consistency of the existing teaching practice system for normal university students.Uses the whole-sort of indexes to analyze the practice results of 27 students in Hengshui University in 2014,gives some reasonable suggestions,which will be of guiding significance to the future internship education and the improvement of students′ vocational skills.
