摘要
以矿粉和工业废醋酸为原料,合成了5种不同钙镁比的矿粉醋酸钙镁(CMA)。研究了矿粉CMA中钙镁比与融冰性能的关系,考察了矿粉CMA及其与五种常规融冰盐添加剂复配后的三元CMA产物的融冰能力及耐腐蚀性。结果表明,五种矿粉CMA具有良好的耐钢铁腐蚀性;醋酸钙、醋酸镁各自的溶解度和溶解放热共同影响CMA的融冰性能,钙镁比在5~0.45间的矿粉CMA产物20%水溶液的冰点均低于-8.5℃;三元CMA复合物的冰点低于二元CMA产物;KAc对CMA产物的冰点降低和融冰速率贡献最大;尿素、NaNO_2、Ca(NO_3)_2能有效提高三元复合融冰剂的耐腐蚀性能。
        Five mineral calcium magnesium acetate(CMA) products were synthesized from mineral powder and industrial waste acid.The relationship between calcium to magnesium ratio and melting ice performance in mineral powder CMA products was studied.The melting capacity and corrosion resistance of the mineral powder CMA and its ternary CMA product after compounding with five conventional ice-melting salt additives were investigated.The results show that the five kinds of mineral powder CMA have good resistance to steel corrosion;the solubility and dissolution exotherm of calcium acetate and magnesium acetate jointly affect the melting performance of CMA,the freezing point of 20% aqueous solution of CMA product with calcium magnesium ratio between 5 and 0.45 is lower than-8.5 ℃;the freezing point of ternary CMA complex is lower than that of binary CMA product;KAc contributes the most to the freezing point and melting rate of CMA product;urea,NaNO_2 and Ca(NO_3)_2 can improve the corrosion resistance of ternary compound ice melting agent effectively.
