泛福舒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染效果的影响研究

摘要
目的探讨泛福舒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿的应用效果。方法选用2017年2月至2018年3月期间本院治疗的60例小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用泛福舒,对比两组的治疗情况。结果治疗前,两组的FEV1、FVC、PEF进行比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组的FEV1、FVC、PEF高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的总有效率为93.33%和76.67%,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泛福舒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿的应用效果显著,呼吸功能得到改善,提高了治疗效果,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Panfushu in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections. Methods 60 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups. The control group was treated routinely. The observation group was treated with Panfushu on the basis of the control group. The treatment of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, the FEV1, FVC and PEF of the two groups were compared, and there was no statistical significance. After treatment, the FEV1, FVC and PEF of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rates of the two groups were 93.33% and 76.67%. The total effective rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Panfushu is effective in treating children with recurrent respiratory tract infections. Respiratory function is improved and the therapeutic effect is improved. It is worth applying.
