英文数据库收录针刀研究的文献分析

摘要
目的通过检索和分析针刀相关文献以了解其当前的研究现状。方法以"needle knife;Small needle knife;acupotomy;Needle-knife therapy;Acupuncture-knife therapy;acupotomology"为检索词,在线检索SCI、Medline、Embase、Cochrane Library数据库,然后利用Endnote软件及人工对检索的文献进行分析。结果共检索出文献79篇,其中中文文献55篇,英文文献24篇;74篇为中国作者文献,3篇为韩国学者文献,2篇为美国学者文献。针刀大多译为"acupotomy"(54.41%)或"needle knife"(22.06%);补充和替代综合医学杂志及骨科、风湿等专科杂志都可接收针刀研究发表。韩国、美国已开展针刀或类针刀研究。针刀研究其核心著者主要来自北京中医药大学。针刀学科的整体研究水平还较低,文献量较少。结论针刀研究在国际上已初步具有影响力,其研究质量及其研究水平有待于进一步提高。
