京津冀协同发展背景下加快建设创新发展的现代化天津

摘要
创新发展是"五个现代化天津"的核心战略,在京津冀协同发展和建设雄安新区的大时代背景下,天津应该在落实京津冀协同发展战略中发挥自身优势,立足和巩固自身定位,推进区域性的产业价值链,创新资源链和市场资源链的三链互动,实现天津与雄安新区的错位发展,通过价值链输出,分享雄安新区的政策红利。
The innovational development is the core of the strategy of the"Five Modernized Tianjin". Under the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development and the strategy of the development of Xiongan New District, Tianjin should use its advantages, take a clean stand, and evolve the interaction of the regional industrial value chains, innovational resource chains and market resource chains, achieve the dislocation development between Tianjin and Xiongan, export the industrial value chain, share the policy benefits for developing the Xiongan New District.
