摘要
本文介绍了真空渗碳炉废气的来源和废气的危害,并对热处理设备废气排放的标准及检测点位的要求进行了阐述。最后对真空渗碳炉废气处理的原理和设备进行了详细说明,对比了使用和不使用废气处理装置,废气排放的差异。
The source and harm of tail gas of vacuum carburizing furnace are introduced,and the standard for exhaust emission of heat treatment equipment and the requirement of testing points are summarized. The principle and equipment of tail gas treatment of vacuum carburizing furnace are described in detail. The differences in exhaust emission were compared between the use and non-use of tail gas treatment device.
