摘要
主动油膜轴承具有良好的动静态性能,已越来越多地用于精密旋转机械设备中,尽管如此,主动油膜轴承的动态性能在很大程度上受到控制系统复杂性和耦合效应的影响。文中提出一种固定与伺服控制混合节流的主动控制油膜轴承,基于单神经元的多变量控制策略,建立了混合节流主动油膜轴承系统的数学模型。结果表明:该油膜轴承能较准确地控制主轴轴心位置,具有良好的可控性、稳定性、快速响应特性及高刚度和强阻尼等特性。
        Thanks to its outstanding static and dynamic performance, active oil journal bearings are increasingly used in the precision-rotating machinery equipment. However, the dynamic performance is greatly affected by the complexity of the control system and the mutual coupling effect. In this paper, an active control oil bearing with fixed throttle and servo-valve hybrid compensation is proposed. By means of the strategy of single-neuron multi-variable control, the mathematical model of the active control oil bearing system with capillary and servo-valve hybrid compensation is built up. The results show that the proposed bearing can accurately control the axis location, and has such characteristics as controllability, stability, fast response, high stiffness, strong resistance, and so on.
