互联网时代航运企业模块化船舶管理创新研究

摘要
模块化船舶管理模式是互联网时代航运公司船舶管理部门组织结构的一次深刻变革,以互联网为基础,运用现代网络通信技术,将航运企业船舶管理部门传统的科层制组织管理模式转变为模块化管理,充分挖掘内、外部资源潜力,实现船舶管理业务相关领域的沟通连接。模块化管理模式使互联网的创新成果与船舶管理企业的日常工作深度融合,创新企业的组织架构,提高企业日常工作效率,保障船舶安全高效运营,实现企业提质增效的目的。鉴于此,本文分析了航运企业的船舶管理现状和存在的问题,运用互联网思维和模块化管理理念,探索研究互联网时代船舶管理的新模式,根据船舶的运营特点,提出未来航运企业的船舶管理模式转型升级的可行路径和解决对策。
Modularization ship management mode is a profound change in the organizational structure of shipping companies' ship management departments in the Internet era. Based on the Internet,through the usage of modern network communication technology,transforming the traditional hierarchical organization and management mode of shipping enterprises' ship management department into modularization management,which shall fully excavates the potential of internal and external resources,and realizes the communication and connection in the related fields of ship management business. Modularization management mode merges the innovation achievement of Internet and the daily work of ship management enterprise deeply,innovates the organization structure of enterprise,improves the daily work efficiency of enterprises,ensures the safe and efficient operation of ship,and realizes the purpose of improving quality and increasing efficiency of enterprise.In view of this situation,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of ship management in shipping enterprises,explores and studies the new mode of ship management in the Internet age by using the idea of Internet thinking and modularization management,according to the characteristics of ship operation,this paper puts forward to feasible path and countermeasures for the transformation and upgrading of the ship management mode of shipping enterprises in the future.
