摘要
目的:探讨丹白提取物(丹参、白芷、白附子、茯苓、白鲜皮、白及、僵蚕、白薇、蒺藜、防风提取物)对紫外线照射引起的黄褐斑模型小鼠皮肤和肝脏中的SOD活力、MDA含量及模型小鼠皮肤组织结构变化的影响。方法:用肌注黄体酮及辅助紫外线照射法建立黄褐斑小鼠模型,丹白提取物高、中、低3个浓度连续灌胃30天,分别用超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)试剂盒和丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)试剂盒测试丹白提取物对小鼠皮肤和肝脏中SOD和MDA的影响。结果:与空白组比较,模型组小鼠皮肤及肝脏SOD活性明显降低(P <0.05),MDA含量增加(P <0.05);与模型组比较,丹白提取物高、中剂量组和维生素C组小鼠的皮肤及肝脏SOD活性明显升高(P <0.05),MDA的含量则明显降低(P <0.05)。结论:丹白提取物可通过提高黄褐斑模型小鼠皮肤和肝脏SOD活性,降低模型小鼠皮肤和肝脏MDA含量,改善模型小鼠皮肤病理变化,发挥治疗作用。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of Danbai extract(namely the extract of Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,Rhizoma Typhonii,Poria,Cortex Dictamni,Hyacinth Bletilla,Bombyx Batryticatus,Radix et Rhizoma Cynanchi Atrati,Fructus Tribuli and Radix Saposhnikoviae)on the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in the skin and liver of model mice with chloasma induced by ultraviolet radiation and on the changes in the skin tissue structure.Methods:The mice models with chloasma were established by using intramuscular progesterone complemented with ultraviolet radiation.They were given low,medium and high concentration of Danbai extract for 30 days by gavage.Kits of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA)were used to observe the effect of Danbai extract on the SOD and MDA in the skin and liver of mice.Results:Compared with that in the blank group,the SOD activity of the skin and liver of mice in the model group was significantl,y decreased(P<0.05),while MDA content was increased(P<0.05).Compared with that in the model group,the SOD activity of the skin and liver of mice in the Danbai extract groups of low,medium and high concentration and the vitamin C group was significantly increased(P<0.05),while MDA content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danbai extract can improve the SOD activity of the skin and liver of mice with chloasma,reduce the content of MDA,improve the pathological changes in the skin,and has positive therapeutic effect.
