护理专业学生从事老年护理工作的意愿及影响因素的研究进展

摘要
护理专业学生从事老年护理服务工作将有助于促进老年人身心照护需求的满足。我国护理专业学生从事老年护理工作的意愿普遍不高,影响因素包括社会人口学资料、老年护理职业自身特点、护理专业学生的专业认识和各方面对老年人的态度。
