摘要
目的探讨以护生为主体拍摄教学视频,并借助微信传播以辅助基础护理实践教学的效果。方法课题组通过查阅文献、访谈学校教师及临床带教老师总结护生在操作过程中普遍存在的问题,并在综合往届护生学习需求的基础上,结合教学目标细化知识点,搭建包含2个一级栏目的护理操作微信公众平台。采用便利抽样方法,从某护理学院抽取2个班护生,随机分为对照组(n=92)和观察组(n=88)。对照组接受传统教学,观察组在传统教学基础上结合微信平台辅助教学,学期末比较2组护生4项护理操作技术考试成绩、自主学习能力得分情况。结果观察组护生4项护理操作成绩得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,对照组与观察组护生自主学习能力得分比较,差异无统计学意义(71.33±9.78 VS 70.15±10.97,t=0.484,P=0.630)。干预后,对照组护生自主学习能力得分低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(72.65±9.64 VS 77.73±6.77,t=4.073,P<0.001)。结论在基础护理实践教学中引入微信辅助教学的方式可有效提高护生操作水平、自主学习能力。
        Objective To explore the practice teaching effect of basic nursing with video focusing on nursing students spread through WeChat platform. Methods After literature review and interviews with clinical teachers, a nursing public platform with two firstlevel columns was developed which covered the existing problems in nursing operation, learning need and specific knowledge points.Two classes of nursing students were selected from a nursing school by convenient sampling method. The control group( n =92)received traditional teaching and the experimental group(n=88) received traditional teaching based on the developed public platform.At the end of the semester, the differences in students' performance in skill examination, self-learning ability between the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the performance in skill examination of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in terms of the scores of self-learning ability of nursing students in the experimental group and in the control groupbefore the intervention(71.33±9.78 VS 70.15 ±10.97, t=0.484,P =0.630). The scores of self-learning ability of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(72.65 ±9.64 VS 77.73 ±6.77, t =4.073, P <0.001).Conclusion In the practice teaching of basic nursing, WeChat public platform-assisted teaching can effectively improve nursing skills and self-learning ability of nursing students.
