老年手部骨肉瘤患者血管内皮生长因子及血管生成素-2表达的价值研究

摘要
目的探讨老年手部骨肉瘤患者中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及血管生成素-2(Ang-2)表达的临床价值。方法选择收治的老年手部骨肉瘤患者32例作为骨肉瘤组,再选择健康老年30例作为对照组,采用ELISA法检测2组受试者血清VEGF、Ang-2水平并比较,分析骨肉瘤患者血清VEGF、Ang-2水平与临床病理资料相关性,并分析患者血清VEGF、Ang-2对生存情况的影响。结果骨肉瘤组患者血清VEGF、Ang-2水平均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。肿瘤直径≥5 cm、TMN分期Ⅲ期、肺转移患者其血清VEGF、Ang-2水平显著高于肿瘤直径<5 cm、TMN分期Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、无肺转移患者(P <0. 05)。血清VEGF <700 pg/ml骨肉瘤患者总体生存情况明显优于血清VEGF≥700 pg/ml患者(P <0. 05)。血清Ang-2 <600 pg/ml骨肉瘤患者总体生存情况明显优于血清Ang-2≥600 pg/ml患者(P <0. 05)。结论老年手部骨肉瘤患者中血清VEGF与Ang-2水平显著升高,且与患者疾病进展和临床预后密切相关,可作为患者临床预后预测指标。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) and angiopoietin-2( angiopoietin) expression in elderly patients with hand osteosarcoma. Methods A total of 32 elderly patients with hand osteosarcoma who were admitted and treated in our hospital were enrolled as osteosarcoma group,the other 30 healthy elderly subjects were enrolled as control group. The serum levels VEGF and Ang-2 were detected by ELISA,and the correlation between serum levels of VEGF,Ang-2 and clinical pathological data was analyzed,moreover the effects of VEGF and Ang-2 on survival atatus of patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The serum levels of VEGF and Ang-2 in osteosarcoma group were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05). The tumor diameter≥5cm,TMN stage Ⅲ,the serum levels of VEGF and Ang-2 in patients with pulmonary metastases were significantly higher than those of patients with tumor diameter < 5cm,TMN stage Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ,without with pulmonary metastases( P < 0. 05). The overall survival status in patients with serum VEGF < 700pg/ml was superior to that of patients with serum VEGF≥700pg/ml( P < 0. 05). Moreover the overall survival status in patients with serum Ang-2 < 600pg/ml was superior to that of patients with serum Ang-2≥600pg/ml( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The serum levels of VEGF and Ang-2 in elderly patients with hand osteosarcoma are significantly increased,which are closely related to the progression of disease and clinical prognosis,thus,which can be regarded as prognostic indicators for evaluating prognosis of patients with hand osteosarcoma.
