摘要
斜纹夜蛾是一种间歇性发生的世界性害虫,近年来在葡萄上的发生面积和种群数量不断扩大,为明确斜纹夜蛾在葡萄上的发育与繁殖潜力,本研究采用生命表方法对斜纹夜蛾在葡萄上的适应能力进行了研究。结果表明:与棉花相比,斜纹夜蛾在葡萄上的存活率低、幼虫生长周期长、龄期增多、繁殖能力低,幼虫期取食棉花、‘巨峰’和‘红地球’葡萄叶片的斜纹夜蛾成虫产卵量分别为786.80粒±41.88粒、581.27粒±20.03粒、619粒±17.99粒。以‘巨峰’和‘红地球’为寄主的斜纹夜蛾内禀增长率分别为0.139 2和0.114 1,低于其在棉花上的内禀增长率0.149 7。斜纹夜蛾在葡萄上能够正常完成生活史,种群可顺利繁衍,但其在葡萄上发育与繁殖适合度低于棉花。
        Spodoptera litura(Fabricius) is a worldwide pest. In recent years, there has been an increasing trend in the occurrence area and population size of S.litura on the grape. In order to understand the adaptability of S.litura to grapes, the age-stage, two-sex life tables were used in this study. Compared to rearing on cotton, the survival rate and fecundity of S.litura were decreased, and the developmental duration of larvae and larval instar number were increased on grape. The fecundity of S.litura reared on cotton, ‘Kyoho' and ‘Red Earth' grape leaves were 786.80±41.88, 581.27±20.03 and 619±17.99 eggs, respectively. The intrinsic rates of S.litura were lowest in ‘Red Earth'(0.114 1), but highest in cotton(0.149 7). Though S.litura could normally complete the life history on the grape, its fitness on the grape was lower than on cotton.
