超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗急性原发性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效

摘要
目的:分析超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗急性原发性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法:收治急性原发性闭角型青光眼患者54例,使用双盲法将其分为A组(n=27)与B组(n=27)。对A组实施虹膜周边切除术治疗,对B组实施超声乳化吸除术联合房角分离术治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果与并发症发生率。结果:A组治疗总有效率77.78%,明显低于B组的96.30%;A组并发症发生率18.52%,高于B组的3.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性原发性闭角型青光眼患者给予超声乳化吸除术联合房角分离术治疗,疗效显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with atrial angle separation in the treatment of acute primary angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:54 patients with acute primary angle-closure glaucoma were selected and divided into the group A(n=27)and the group B(n=27).The periiris resection was performed in the group A,the ultrasound emulsification combined with atrial angle separation was performed in the group B,and the clinical treatment effect and complication rate were observed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the group A was 77.78 %,which was significantly lower than the total effective rate of 96.30 % in the group B.The incidence rate of the group A syndrome was 18.52 %,which was higher than 3.70% of the incidence of complications in the group B,P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The phacoemulsification combined with atrial angle separation in the treatment of acute primary angle-closure glaucoma is effective.
