摘要
大功率斩波等离子弧电源在基于IGBT斩波的超高系统集成频率下会产生较大的电压谐振导致熄弧,解决输出侧直流电压高频振荡提高输出电压特性,是一个技术难题。本文以某等离子弧电源项目为基础进行建模分析,进行仿真和试验验证。表明精确增加多级高频滤波电容即可有效改善高频谐振问题。
High power chopper plasma arc power supply produce large voltage resonance and the plasma arc extinguishing at the integrated frequency of ultra-high system based on IGBT chopper. Solving the high frequency oscillation of the output side DC voltage in a super high frequency system is difficulty. In this paper, a plasma arc power supply project is modeled and analyzed, the simulation and experiments are made,which shows that the problem of high frequency oscillation can be removed off effectively.
