基于天地图的“三旧”改造监管信息系统建设

摘要
"三旧"改造是广东省开展节约集约用地工作的重要措施,为全面掌握"三旧"改造的总体运行情况和改造工作动态,开展了"三旧"改造监管信息系统建设工作。本文主要介绍了广东省基于天地图提供的地理信息服务框架,开展"三旧"改造数据库建设、改造监管信息系统建设,以及相关技术研究。实践表明,系统实现了"三旧"改造地块的精细化管理,有效地提升了国土业务管理水平,取得了较好的效果,为其他省份进行相关工作提供有效参考。
The "Three Olds" renovation is an important measure for Guangdong Province to carry out economical and intensive land use.In order to fully grasp the overall operation of the "Three Olds" renovation and the work of the transformation work,the construction of the "Three Olds" renovation supervision management information system is carried out.This article mainly introduces the framework of geographic information service provided by Guangdong Province based on Tianditu,and carries out the construction of the "Three Olds" renovation database,the construction of the reform supervision information system,and related technology.The practice shows that the system realized the transformation of the "Three olds",and effectively improved the level of national land business supervision and achieved good results.This may provide an effective reference for related work in other provinces.
