摘要
总结分析国内外选择性催化还原反应(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)催化剂的研究现状,从载体、活性成分、制作方法、煅烧温度等方面,对其催化剂的特点及优缺点进行概括性描述,并结合工程实例对垃圾焚烧厂脱硝系统进一步描述,同时针对生活垃圾焚烧电厂的烟气工艺特性分析催化剂的应用难点,提出相应的低温催化剂制备方案,以期能对国内垃圾焚烧厂催化剂的选择有一定的参考意义。
        The research status of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)catalysts at home and abroad was summarized and analyzed. The characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the catalyst were described from the aspects of support,active ingredient,preparation method and calcination temperature. The denitrification system of waste incineration power plant was further described with engineering examples. Meanwhile,in view of the flue gas process characteristics of domestic waste incineration power plant,the application difficulties of catalysts were analyzed,and the corresponding low-temperature catalyst preparation scheme was put forward in order to provide some reference for the selection of municipal solid waste incineration plant catalysts.
