摘要
在上海天山污水厂污泥深度工程设计中,针对臭气的特点和浓度的高低,采用多种除臭方法相结合的方式,对污泥调理池、污泥浓缩机及污泥隔膜压滤机等高浓度臭气区采用封闭加罩、负压收集处理的方式,臭气处理量约18 950 m~3/h;对臭气低浓度区域(如深度脱水机房)室内大空间采用离子送风除臭的方法,送排风比为1∶1.19,确保整个空间为负压状态,臭气不外逸。工程自投建运行后,除臭效果显著,满足设计要求。
        According to odor characteristics and its concentration level,a variety of deodorization technologies combined with each other was used in the design of sludge dewatering project in Shanghai Tianshan WWTP. The covers and negative pressure collection method were used in the high-concentration odor zones such as sludge conditioning tank,sludge thickener and membrane filter press. The odor treatment capacity was about 18 950 m~3/ h. The ion air deodorizing method was used in the low-concentration odor zones such as dehydrator room. The proportion of air supply and exhaust is 1 ∶ 1. 19. This could ensure that the entire space was in a negative state and the odor did not leak out. Since the completion of the project,the significant deodorizing effect was achieved and the design goals were fully attained.
